유아·가족·지역사회의 탄력성에 대한 어머니와 유아교사의 인식

Recognition on property of resilient young child·family·community between mother and early childhood teacher

본 연구는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니와 유아교사의 유아 가족 지역사회의 탄력성에 대한 인식과 이들 간의 인식 차이, 나아가 유아 가족 지역사회 탄력성 간의 관련성을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 어머니와 유아교사는 유아 탄력성에 대해 어려울 때 기꺼이 도우려는 자기 주도성, 낙관적인 태도, 유능감 관련 특성들을 높게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 가족 탄력성으로는 가족원의지지와 사랑, 가족 간의 믿음, 부모자녀간의 돈독한 애정 즉 가족의 응집력을 가장 높게 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 지역사회 탄력성으로는 어머니와 유아교사 모두 지역주민을 위한 지원 서비스의 상시 마련으로 필요시 언제든지 도움 받을 수 있는 서비스를 가장 높게 인식하고 있었다. 넷째, 유아 탄력성과 지역사회 탄력성에 대해 유아교사의 인식이 높았으며 다섯째, 유아 가족지역사회 탄력성 간에 상호 유기적인 관련을 보이며 어머니와 유아교사 모두 유아 탄력성이 가족 탄력성과 더 높은 상관을 보였다.

This Study aims to find out how mothers and early childhood teachers with young children inkindergarten, daycare center recognize the characteristic of young children s resilience, family sresilience and community s resilience and there are any differences, relations between resilience ofyoung children, resilience of family and resilience of community. In this study, 440 mothers andteachers with young children in kindergarten, daycare center located in Ulsan area were subjected toquestionnaire survey. To measure resilient characteristics of young children, family, community, The questionnaires(Shin,Hye-kyung, 2008; Lee, Gyum-Ok, 2008; Boehm, Wertlieb, Bendori & Fishman, 2007) survey developedby researchers in this study were used. Data collected was analyzed by using frequency, percentage,average, standard deviation, t-test, Pearson r with SPSS 18.0. The results were as follows :First, mothers and teachers with young children recognized optimism and positiveness as resilientcharacteristics of young children. Second, mothers and teachers recognized family cohesion and rolestability as resilient characteristics of family. Third, mothers and teachers recognized communityservice and support system as resilient characteristics of community. Fourth, there was significantdifference on resilience of young children, community between mothers and teachers. resilience(youngchildren, community) of early childhood teacher showed higher than mothers. Fifth, mothers andteachers recognized illustrates mutually organic relationship among them, resilience of young childrenwas found to be closely related to resilience of family.
