숲에서의 자연물을 이용한 손끝놀이 프로그램이 뇌병변 장애유아의 소근육 운동기능 발달에미치는 영향

The effects of natural material fingertip handcraft on fine motor skills of young children with brain lesions

본 연구는 숲에서의 자연물을 이용한 손끝놀이 프로그램이 뇌병변 장애유아의 소근육 운동기능 발달 즉, 정교성, 지각운동, 쓰기능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 알아보기 위한 것으로,KISE 발달척도 소근육 운동기능 검사를 사전, 사후로 측정하여 소근육 운동기능 발달의 정도를 각 장애유아별로 점수와 백분율로 구하여 분석하였다. 그리고 숲에서의 자연물을 이용한 손끝놀이 활동 프로그램을 회기별로 뇌병변유아의 소근육 운동능력 변화양상을 관찰일지로 기술하고, 유아가 수행과정 중 남긴 결과물을 보고 분석하였다. 연구결과 숲에서의 자연물을 이용한손끝놀이 프로그램은 뇌병변 장애유아의 소근육 운동기능의 발달에 긍정적인 변화가 있었고,소근육 운동기능의 하위 영역인 지각운동, 정교성, 쓰기능력 발달에도 긍정적인 변화가 있었다.

This study examines the effects of natural material fingertip handicraft on the development ofthe fine motor skills of young children with brain lesion. Changes in fine motor skills wereanalyzed using the KISE Developmental Scale IV, comparing the test results for each child beforeand after the program. The motor skills of the children were logged during each session and theresults of their performance were analyzed. The results from the program showed clearimprovement in overall fine motor skills, especially in the areas of perception, precision, andpenmanship.
