본 연구는 유아 창의적 리더십 연구를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고, 유아교육 현장에서 창의적 리더십 향상 프로그램 개발에 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 강원도에 위치한 교육기관에 재원중인 만 4세, 만 5세 유아 541명을 대상으로 창의적 리더십, 창의적 성향, 대인관계형성능력, 공감능력 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아 창의적 성향은 유아 창의적 리더십을 가장 많이 설명하는 변인으로 나타났다. 여기에 유아 대인관계형성능력과 공감능력이 추가됨으로써 총 71%의 설명력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아 창의적 성향과 유아 대인관계형성능력은 유아 창의적 리더십에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대인관계형성능력은 유아 창의적 성향을 매개로 유아 창의적 리더십에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 유아 공감능력은 유아 대인관계형성능력을 매개로 유아 창의적 리더십에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
This study aims to advance research on young children’s creative leadership and to offer the practical implications of the development of creative leadership improvement programs in early childhood education. This study was conducted at early childhood centers in Gangwon-do Province, with 4 and 5-year-old children, by measuring creative leadership, creative disposition, interpersonal relationship skills, and empathic ability. The major findings of the study were as follows:First, creative leadership, creative disposition, interpersonal relationship skills, and empathic ability were still found to have statistic relevance. Children’s creative disposition was found to be the most significant factor in shaping their creative leadership. The inclusion of the interpersonal relationship skills showed an increase in influence on creative leadership. Further inclusion of empathic ability showed a total 71% influence on creative leadership. Second, it was shown that children’s creative disposition, interpersonal relationship skills also had a direct influence on their creative leadership. Furthermore, children’s interpersonal relationship skills was found to have a direct influence on their creative disposition and thus have an indirect impact on their creative leadership. children’s empathic ability was found to directly influence their interpersonal relationship skills, and thus indirectly affect their creative disposition. In addition, children’s empathic ability was found to affect their creative leadership indirectly through their interpersonal relationship skills.
