유아교사의 생태실천행동, 경력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

The influence of kindergarten teachers eco-life behaviors and work experience on their job satisfaction : Using the eco-early childhood education effect and teacher efficacy as the medium

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사들의 생태실천행동과 경력이 생태유아교육효과와 교사효능감을 매개로 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 대구‧경북지역 유아교사 274명을 대상으로 설문지를 작성하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 결과는 첫째, 생태유아교육효과에 대해 생태실천행동과 경력은 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 설명량은 19.2%였다. 둘째, 교사효능감에 대해 생태실천행동, 경력 및 생태유아교육효과가 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 설명량은 21.7%로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족도에 생태실천행동, 생태유아교육효과 및 교사효능감이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 설명량은 30.9%였다. 마지막으로 생태실천행동과 경력은 생태유아교육효과와 교사효능감을 통해 간접적으로 직무만족도에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 생태유아교육효과는 교사효능감을 통해 간접적으로 직무만족도에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 종합하면 생태실천행동은 생태유아교육효과와 교사효능감을 통해 직·간접적으로 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 경력은 생태유아교육효과와 교사효능감을 통해 간접적으로 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the kindergarten teachers eco-life behaviors and career have an effect on their job satisfaction; the eco-early childhood education effect and teacher efficacy were used by medium. For this study, 274 kindergarten teachers living in Daegu and Gyeungbook answered a questionnaire and the result of survey was analyzed. The first, as the results indicated, the eco-life behaviors and career affected the eco-early childhood education directly, explaining 19.2% of the variance. The second, the eco-life behaviors, career and the eco-early childhood education effect affected the teacher efficacy positively, explaining 21.7% of the variance. The third, the eco-life behaviors the eco-early childhood education and teacher efficacy also had a positive effect an teachers job satisfaction, explaining 30.9% of the variance. And finally, the eco-life behaviors and career had an indirect influence on the job satisfaction through the eco-early childhood education effect and teacher efficacy. Overall, the eco-life behavior had a direct or indirect impact on job satisfaction and career had a direct impact on job satisfaction through the eco-early childhood education effect and teacher efficacy.
