생태유아교육기관 유아 요리활동 경험의 의미탐색

The meaning of Cooking Activity for Children in an Eco-early Childhood Education Center

본 연구는 생태유아교육기관 요리활동이 유아의 몸과 마음에 주는 의미를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 부산시에 소재한 E어린이집 만 5세반 2개 학급 유아 40명과 교사 2명이다. 생태유아교육기관 요리활동 경험의 의미는 다음과 같다. 생태유아교육기관 요리활동은 ‘살아난 감각’, ‘직접 가꾸고 만들면서 줄어드는 편식’, ‘생각하는 몸’, ‘즐거운 마음’, ‘돌보고 나누는 마음’으로 의미화 되었다. 추후연구에서는 본 연구결과를 토대로 하여 질적인 연구 방법으로 일반기관 요리활동의 의미를 살펴보는 연구와 유아가 ‘재미’있어 하고 삶에 도움이 되는 요리활동 프로그램 및 부모를 위한 요리활동 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the meaning of cooking activity experiences for children in an eco-early childhood education center. This study used ethnographic research methodology including participant observation, in-depth interviews and an analysis of documents. Participants for this study were 2 teachers and 40 children of 2 classes who were enrolled in an eco-early childhood education center in Busan. The results of this study are summarized as follows : It was appeared that the meaning of cooking activity experiences were ‘lived sence’, ‘lessing unblanced diet by gardening and cooking’, ‘body awareness’, ‘happy mind’ and ‘caring mind’. It is recommended that more case studies of general institutions are needed to develop various research methods, and it is needed to develop joyful cooking activity program for children and parents.
