‘프로젝트에 의한 유아기 환경교육’을 지향하는 유아교사 학습공동체의 변화 양상 분석

An analysis of changes of the learning community of early childhood teachers which aimed environmental education for early childhood through the projects

연구목적은 ‘프로젝트에 의한 유아기 바른 환경교육’을 지향하는 지역사회 내 유아교사 학습공동체가 지난 6년간 지속되는 동안 어떻게 변화하였는지 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 2003년부터 2008년까지 ‘학습공동체’에 대한 증거서류, 보관기록, 관련 결과물을 시간대별로 정리하는 한편, 질적 분석을 병행하였다. 연구결과, 변화 양상은 학습공동체 활성화 정도, 학습공동체 구성원의 참여 수준, 외부기관과의 연계 범위 및 정도, 학습공동체 모임 회수 및 운영방식, 학습공동체의 학습 결과 공유 대상 확장, 교육과 더불어 먹거리와 교육기관 환경 개선을 위해서도 노력이라는 6가지로 정리되었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the past 6 years(2003-2008) of changes of the learning community of early childhood teachers which aimed environmental education for early childhood through the projects. For this research, documents, records, and related results were analyzed in chronological order and qualitative analysis was done. As a result, the changes were categorized by these 6 parts ; the amount of vitalizing of the learning community, the quality of their participation, the range and scope of relationship with other institutions, the frequency of meetings and the method of operation, the extension of objects who the study results are shared with, the efforts to improve meals and institution s environment as well as education.
