어린이 놀이터 관련 학술지 논문의 연구 경향 분석

An Analysis of Research Trend in Academic Journals about Children s Playground

본 연구는 학회지에 수록된 논문을 중심으로 어린이놀이터와 관련한 연구경향을 고찰해 봄으로 앞으로 나아갈 연구방향을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 1990년부터 2008년까지 14곳의 학회에서 보고된 32편을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 놀이터의 유형은 유아교육기관의 놀이터(64.7%)를 대상으로 한 연구에 비해 공원 및 동네놀이터(35.3%)에 대한 연구는 적게 이루어지고 있었다, 연구주제는 시설 및 설비의 실태조사에 집중되어 있으며, 2005년 이후 놀이 환경, 놀이 공간, 프로그램개발, 평가 등의 연구가 시작되고 있으나 1～2편으로 매우 적게 나타나고 있다. 연구방법에 대한 연구결과는 대부분 양적연구 형태이며, 자료수집은 주로 질문지, 실측조사, 현장관찰을 통해 이루어지고 있었다.

This research is aimed to provide basic materials associated with a children s playground by considering research tendency. 32 articles reported from 1990 to 2008 were analyzed. The results as follows: First, research about playground in neighborhoods are 63.6%, and about playground in educational institutes are 36.3%. Second, quantitative research are 84.9% and qualitative research are 12.1%. Third, observing, questionnaire, interview are used for data collection. The object of this study was to create a more substantial play environment, which would include more space for children to exercise and opportunities for program development. In conclusion, much more research are requested for desirable playground in neighborhood and educational institute.
