김지하 생명사상의 생태유아교육적 함의

The Implication of Kim ji-h s Saeng-Myong Thought in terms of Ecological Early Childhood Education

김지하의 생명사상은 현대문명의 위기를 극복하기 위한 대안을 제시하려는 사상적 접근을 한다는 점과 동학이나 고대사상을 재해석하여 한국철학의 전체적인 흐름을 고찰하고 있다는 점에서 그 가치를 인정받고 있다. 특히 현대 문명에 대한 절박한 위기의식은 그 어느 때보다 생명 에 대한 관심을 불러일으키고 있고, 이러한 때에 생명 에 대해 그 누구보다도 많은 메세지를 전하고 있는 김지하의 생명사상을 고찰해봄으로써 생명살림 이라는 공통된 화두로 유아교육을 풀고자 한다. 생태유아교육에 주는 시사점을 연구해 보는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 김지하 생명사상의 형성 배경을 생애와 시대, 사외적인 배경, 그리고 사상적 배경으로 나누어 살펴보았으며, 이러한 김지하의 생명사상과 실천운동을 토대로 생태유아교육에 주는 함의를 찾아보았다. 연구결과, 아이는 한울님이자 천지부모요, 홍익인간이고 이화세계를 이끌어갈 존재요, 신령과 생명을 제 안팎에 모신 영성-생명적 존재이므로 모시고 살려야 하며, 모시고 살리되 틈 을 가지고 조심하는 교육이 요구됨을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to look at Kim Ji-Ha s Saeng-Myong(unlike to life ) thouht that has an effect on ecological early childhood education. Kim Ji-Ha s Saeng-Myong though is based on the Korean thoughts including Dong-Hak, ancient world-view, Dan-Gun, and others. These ideas are philosophical reinterpretation that overcomes the word view of modern civilization. Kim Ji-Ha says that whole things in the universe are attached to each other: which is to say that his concept, Mo-Sim which is premised on the union of God and man and society and nature. These principles venerate each other. Therefore, fundamental promise of Kim Ji-Ha s Saeng-Myong thought lies on a dynamic and organic relationship of whole things in the universe. In conclusion, Child is Hanwool and Hanwool is immanent in the world and devotion to the welfare of mankind and amenable to Saeng-Myong s law. So, We should treat child respcetably and carefully. Kim Ji-Ha s Saeng-Myong thought has numerous implication in educational thoughts of ecological early childhood education.
