한국기독교상담심리학회 전문상담사의 자격제도의 전문성 및 활용 가능성 고찰 연구

A Study on the Certification System and Applicability of Professional Counselors of the Korean Christian Counseling Psychology Association

한국기독교상담심리학회 전문상담사는 기독교 상담사라는 점으로 인해 일반 상담 영역에서 크게 주목받지 못하고 교회나 기독교 상담과 관련된 임상 현장에 국한된다는 인식이 있었다. 때문에 상담사로서 그 전문성에 대한 연구가 미진하였다. 하지만 코로나19 등으로 인해 급변하는 현대 사회에서는 인간 존재에 대한 깊이 있는 성찰과 인간관을 가진 상담 이론의 확장 및 상담사들의 활동이 더욱 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한기상 전문상담사의 전문성과 특징, 활동가능성을 살펴보고자 활동분야, 타학회 상담사들과의 자격제도를 비교분석, 상담사의 특성과 확장 가능성을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 상담사로서 전문성을 확보하기 위한 자격제도를 갖추고 있으면서 기독교 정신을 바탕으로 한 영성, 관계성 등의 상담 전문가로서의 역량은 물론, 하나님의 사랑을 바탕으로 한 기독 상담사의 소명 의식과 정체성을 가질 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Research on its professional has been insufficient due to the fact that the professional counselor of the Korean Christian Counseling Psychology Association is a Christian counselor. However, in the rapidly changing modern society including COVID-19 event, activities of counselors with more in-depth reflection on human existence and view are required. In this study, in order to examine the professional, speciality, and activities of professional counselors from KACCP, researcher study that the field of activity and the certification system with counselors from other counseling associations were compared and analyzed, and the characteristics and expandability of counselors were examined. Through this, it was confirmed that it was possible to have a sense of calling and identity of a counselor based on God s love as well as competencies such as spirituality and relationship based on the Christian spirit while having a certification system to secure the professional as a counselor.
