청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지와 분노표현방식 및 대인관계문제 간의 관계

The Relationship between Adolescents Perceived Social Support and Anger Expression Style and Interpersonal Problems

본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 사회적 지지와 분노표현방식 및 대인관계문제 간의 관계에 대해 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있었다. 연구의 대상은 남, 녀 중·고등학교의 510명이었다. 연구방법은 설문지를 통한 조사연구이었다. 통계 처리는 spss 26을 사용하여 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계, t검증, F검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에 대한 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 성별과 학교급에 따른 사회적 지지, 분노표현방식, 대인관계문제는 각각의 하위변인에서 몇 가지는 유의한 차이가 있는 것이 있었지만 전반적으로는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 청소년의 분노표출 평균은 중학생이 고등학생보다 높게 나타났다. 이는 중학생이 고등학생에 비해 분노표현을 역기능적으로 표현하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교급에 따른 대인관계문제 간의 차이는 대인관계문제 전체와 불신, 지배, 냉담, 관심유도, 비독자성과 착취는 학교급에 따른 유의한 차이를 보였다. 대인관계 전체와 5개의 하위 대인관계문제 평균은 모두 고등학생이 중학생보다 높게 나타났다. 이는 고등학생이 중학생에 비해 대인관계문제를 더 많이 겪는다는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 넷째, 청소년이 지각하는 사회적 지지의 지각이 높은 집단은 분노조절을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사회적 지지의 지각이 낮은 집단에서 분노 억제와 분노 표출을 많이 한다는 선행연구 결과와도 일치한다. 사회적 지지를 높게 지각할수록 대인관계문제를 감소시킨다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between social support perceived by adolescents, anger expression methods, and interpersonal problems. The subjects of the study were 510 men s, women s middle, and high schools. The collected questionnaires were reliability verification, correlation, t test, and F test using spss 26. The main conclusions for this study were as follows. First, there were some significant differences in social support, anger expression method, and interpersonal relationship problems according to gender and school level of adolescents, but there were no significant differences overall. Second, the average anger expression of adolescents was higher in middle school students than in high school students. It was found that middle school students expressed anger dysfunctionally compared to high school students. Third, the difference between interpersonal problems according to the school level showed significant differences according to the overall interpersonal problems and distrust, domination, cold talk, interest induction, and non-independence and exploitation according to the school level. In all of the total interpersonal relationships and the average of the five lower interpersonal problems, high school students were higher than middle school students. This shows that high school students suffer more interpersonal problems than middle school students. Fourth, the group with a high perception of social support perceived by adolescents was found to be good at controlling anger. This is consistent with the results of previous studies that show that groups with low perception of social support often suppress anger and express anger. It was confirmed that the higher the perception of social support, the less interpersonal problems.
