지역사회 연계 미술교육의 혼성적 관계 탐색을 통한 전략 연구

Strategic Study for Community-linked Art Education through Exploring Hybrid Relationship

본 연구는 지역사회 연계 미술교육 실현 중 발생하는 현실적이고 관계적인 문제들을질적사례연구를 통해 짚어보고, 보편예술교육 실현을 위해 필요한 중점요소와 실행전략을 교육거버넌스의 혼성적 관계 속에서 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 지역사회 연계미술교육의 의미를 도출하기 위해 사전적 의미와 선행연구를 분석하여 의미를 정리하였고, 특히 핵심 개념으로 ‘혼성성’과 ‘복잡계’에 주목하였다. 다음으로 교육 거버넌스주체인 교육청, 학교, 지역사회, 지자체의 핵심 주체들과 심층 면담 및 참여관찰을진행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 혼성적 관계에서 지역사회 연계 미술교육의 실행을 위한중점요소를 도출하고 실행전략을 제안하였다. 혼성적 관계에서 지역사회 연계 미술교육의 중점요소는 ‘행정표준과 지원’, ‘역량과 행위주체성’, ‘교육과정 구성’, ‘대등한 협력’, ‘지역사회 감수성’으로 도출되었고, 실행전략은 제도적 측면의 전략, 교육과정을 위한전략, 환경 조성 전략의 세 가지 측면에서 제안하였다. 본 연구의 논의를 통해 지역사회연계 미술교육이 교육 거버넌스를 중심으로 원활한 관계와 소통 및 참여의 방향으로진화하고 지속성과 가능성을 겸비한 실질적 미술교육으로 실현되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to look at the realistic and relational problems that arise during the realization of art education linked to the local community through a qualitative case study, and to explore the key elements and implementation strategies in the hybrid relationship of educational governance. For this, the meaning of art education linked to the community was summarized by analyzing previous studies. Next, in-depth interviews and participatory observations were conducted with key actors of the education office, schools, local communities, and local governments. Finally, key factors and implementation strategies for the execution of community-linked art education in a hybrid relationship were presented. The key elements were administrative standards and support, competency and agency, curriculum composition, equal cooperation, and community sensitivity were derived. The implementation strategy was proposed in three aspects: institutional strategy, curriculum strategy, and environment creation strategy. Through this study, it is expected that community-linked art education will be realized as a practical art education that combines sustainability and potential.
