국내 인증코치의 자기주도학습능력과 주관적 경력성공의 관계에서 사회적 네트워크 접근성의 매개효과

Mediating Effects of Social Network Accessibility on the Relationship between Self-Directed Learning Ability and Subjective Career Success in Certified Korean Coach

이 연구는 국내 인증 코치의 자기주도학습능력과 주관적 경력성공의 관계에서 사회적 네트워크 접근성의 매개효과를 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 국내 인증 코치들의 경력개발을 위한 이론적 및 실천적 시사점을 제시하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 국내 코치인증기관에서 코치 자격을 부여받고 코칭 활동 중인 인증 코치를 대상으로 2021년 3월 25일부터 2021년 4월 14일까지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 대상의 표본크기는 G’Power 3.1 프로그램으로 분석한 결과 최소 표본 수 107개로 나타났고, 회수된 총 239부를 모두 통계분석에 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 인구통계학적 특성 분석을 위한 빈도분석, 연구 변인 간 상관관계 분석, 측정 도구의 타당도 확인을 위한 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석 그리고 가설 검증을 위한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 통계분석을 통해 도출된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 자기주도학습능력, 사회적 네트워크 접근성, 주관적 경력성공은 상호 정적인 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 국내 인증코치의 자기주도학습능력은 주관적 경력성공에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 사회적 네트워크 접근성은 국내 인증코치의 자기주도학습능력과 주관적 경력성공의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 국내 인증코치의 자기주도학습능력을 높이고 사회적 네트워크 접근성 및 주관적 경력성공을 증진시키기 위한 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of social network accessibility on the relationship between self-directed learning Ability and subjective career success in certified korean coach. For doing so, an online survey was conducted with certified korean coaches who are in coaching work, from March 25, 2021 to April 14, 2021. As a result of analyzing the sample size of the study subject with the G Power 3.1 program, the minimum number of samples was 107, and a total of 239 recovered copies were used for statistical analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed for the analysis of the collected data. The results of this study were as follows. First, certified korean coaches self-directed learning Ability, social network accessibility, and subjective career success had positive correlation. Second, certified korean coaches self-directed learning Ability had a direct effect on subjective career success, while social network accessibility had a mediating effect between self-directed learning Ability and subjective career success. Based on these research results, theoretical and practical implications were proposed to enhance the self-directed learning ability of certified korean coaches and to enhance social network accessibility and subjective career success.
