발달장애인 자조모임 리더 핵심역량 탐색 연구

Research on Core Competencies of Leaders of Self-help Groups with Developmental Disabilities

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인 자조모임 리더의 핵심역량을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 발달장애인 자조모임 조력자, 회원, 리더를 대상으로 탐색연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 3단계의 분석과정을 거쳤다. 먼저 발달장애인 자조모임, 리더십 관련 문헌조사와 A법인에서 2018년부터 2021년까지 4개년 동안 실시한 자조모임 지원사업에 참여한 16개 자조모임 사례를 분석한 후, 6개 자조모임을 선정하여 조력자 5명, 회원 5명, 리더 6명, 총 16명에 대한 면접조사를 실시하였다. 면접조사 결과에 대한 정성적 자료분석 결과 2개 차원, 4개 범주, 18개 주제(핵심역량)를 도출하였다. 분석결과에 근거하여 발달장애인 자조모임 리더 핵심역량 지표개발, 자조모임 리더의 핵심역량을 함양하기 위한 교육 등을 제언하였다.

This study This study aims to identify the core competencies of leaders of self-help groups with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, an exploratory study was conducted targeting helpers, members, and leaders of self-help groups with developmental disabilities. To achieve the purpose of this study, after analyzing 16 cases of self-help groups participating in the self-help group support project conducted by Corporation A for four years from 2018 to 2021, six self-help groups were selected and interviewed with five helpers, six members, and six leaders, for a total of 16 people. As a result of a qualitative data analysis on the results of the interview survey, two dimensions, four categories, and 18 topics (core competencies) were derived. Based on the results of the analysis, suggestions were made on the indicator development for the core competency of leaders of self-help groups with developmental disabilities, and on education for nurturing their core competencies.
