모래놀이치료가 학교부적응 초등학생의 정서 및 행동문제에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Sandplay Therapy on Emotion and Behavior of Elementary School Students with Mal-adjustment Issues: Focusing on the Korean Youth Self Report(K-YSR)

본 연구에서는 모래놀이치료가 학교부적응 초등학생의 정서 및 행동문제에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아 보고자 하였다. 아산시에 위치한 A초등학교에 재학 중인 학생 20명을 대상으로 개별 모래놀이치료를 회기당 40분씩, 주 1회, 총 10회기 실시했다. 모래놀이치료의 효과를 검증하기 위해 한국판 청소년 행동평가척도 자기보고용(K-YSR)을 사용하였고, 수집한 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 paired t-test를 실시했다. 연구 결과 문제행동 총점[t(19) = 4.350, p < .001], 내재화[t(19) = 3.582, p = .002], 외현화[t(19) = 2.665, p = .015], 불안/우울[t(19) = 3.409, p = .003], 사회적미성숙[t(19) = 4.467, p = .001], 사고문제[t(19) = 3.396, p = .003]에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 모래놀이치료가 학교부적응 초등학생의 정서 및 행동문제를 감소시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sandplay therapy on the emotional and behavioral problems of Elementary School Students with Mal-adjustment. Individual sand therapy was conducted for 40 minutes per session, once a week, for a total of 10 sessions for 20 students attending the Elementary School in Asan. To verify the effectiveness of sandplay therapy, the Korean Youth Self Report (K-YSR) was used, and the collected data were paired t-test using SPSS 18.0. As a result of the study, the total score for problem behavior[t(19) = 4.350, p < .001], internalization [t(19) = 3.582, p = .002], externalization [t(19) = 2.665, p = .015], anxiety/depression [t(19) = 3.409, p = .003], social immaturity [t(19) = 4.467, p = .001], accident problem [t(19) = 3.396, p = .003] showed a statistically significant difference. These results suggest that sandplay therapy had a positive effect on reducing the emotional and behavioral problems of Elementary School Students with Mal-adjustment.
