Descriptive statistic analysis, frequency analysis and χ2 analysis were conducted on the data collected for this study. Results of the study are summarized as follows. First, among the six categories, family environment was the highest and participation and citizen were the lowest. And recognition of CFC was lower than intermediate score. Second, children and adolescents’ perceptions differed in all areas except participation and citizen among six areas of CFC assessment. This study suggested that participation of children and adolescents should be expanded on the community decision-making process.
