융합인재 다문화교육, 배려와 나눔의 통합 교육

Multicultural Education for Fusion Talent, Integrated Education for Caring and Sharing

본 연구는 언어 교수 학습 이론과 문학 독서와 문화 이론을 바탕으로 다문화 학습자를 위 한 한국어 교육 내용을 계획하고 탐구하여 가치관 교육과 문화 이해 교육을 병행하는 통합교육 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고, 다문화 학습자와 일반 학생 모두를 고려한 융합인재 다문화 교육 수업을 실시하고 적용하여 사례를 분석하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 긍정적인 성과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 한국어 교육 프로그램은 다문화 학습자의 학습 동기와 흥미를 유발하여 한국어 능력을 향상시키는 데 효과적이다. 둘째, 문학 텍스트를 활용한 가치관 교육은 다문화 학습자의 자존감을 살려주고 정체성을 찾을 수 있는 기회를 제공해 준다. 셋째, 문화이해 교육 프로그램은 다양한 문화와 전통을 이해하는 데 도움이 되며 문화적 감수성을 향상시켜준다. 결과적으로, 문학 텍스트를 활용한 한국어 교육과 융합인재 다문화 교육은 다문화학습자의 한국어 능력을 향상시키고, 적극적이고 긍정적인 가치관을 길러주며, 일반 학생들에게는 배려와 나눔의 통합 교육을 통해 문화다양성을 수용하는 태도와 융합적인 사고 능력을 함양하는 데 기여할 것이다.

This study plans and examines the contents for the Korean language education for multicultural students based on a linguistic pedagogic theory and a literature reading and cultural understanding theory which eventually suggest an integrated teaching method that embraces both value education and cultural understanding education. This study then moves onto analyzing the cultural education class for fusion talent where both multicultural students and other students were considered. As a result, we have achieved some positive achievements as follows: Firstly, the Korean language education program is effective in improving the Korean language skills by inducing academic motivation and interest among multicultural students. Secondly, the education for sense of values utilizing classic literature provides an opportunity for multicultural students to raise their self-esteem and find their identity. Thirdly, the cultural understanding education program helps understand diverse cultures and traditions and improves writing skills reflecting the culture. In conclusion, the Korean language class and multicultural education for fusion talent utilizing classic literature improve the Korean language skills, and raise a proactive and positive sense of values for multicultural students. For other students, the integrated education for caring and sharing contributes in shaping an open-mind that accepts cultural diversity and improving fusing thinking capability.
