The purpose of this study is to research the teachers experience of burnout in public and private kindergarten and day care center. The participants of this study includes 20 female teachers who have 2 to 21 years career in teaching and have experience of burnout. Data collection was formulated in 2 steps, as a group interview on primary step and individual interview on secondary step. The Group interview was conducted with 4 groups, each group was consisted of 5 members and they had free discussion on the topic for 3 to 4 hours. Individual interview lasted 1 to 2 hours and participants presented their own ideas freely. The result from the study were check by teachers again and separate data with certain evidence was analysis. Reasons for burnout were due to physical, emotional, behavioral symptoms, and recognition and cause for burnout was due to congested tasks and difficulty in relationships. All Teachers had common experience of burnout, however, exhaustion causing factors were different in each teacher’s working environment.
