장애인일자리사업 참여자의 참여만족, 사회적 지지, 자아존중감이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 장애인일자리사업참여자의 참여만족이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향력과 그 영향력에 대한 사회적지지와 자아존중감의 매개효과에 대하여 분석하고자 하였다. 연구참여자는 전라남도 지역 장애인일자리사업에 참여하는 장애인이며, 통계분석방법은 SPSS 22.0과 SPSS Macro Process v.3.5 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 장애인일자리사업 참여자의 참여만족과 사회적지지, 자아존중감은 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 장애인일자리사업 참여자의 사회적지지와 자아존중감은 장애인인일자리사업 참여만족과 장애인의 삶의 질 간의 관계에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 장애인일자리사업 참여자의 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 요인이 참여만족, 사회적지지, 자아존중감이라는 것을 확인하였고, 참여만족과 삶의 질의 관계에서 사회적지지와 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 장애인일자리사업 참여자의 삶의 질을 향상시키고자 정책적·실천적 함의를 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of participation satisfaction on quality of life among participants in a job creation project for people with disabilities and also the mediating effects of social support and self-esteem between them. The subjects include individuals with disabilities that participated in a job creation project for people with disabilities in Jeollanam Province. Statistical analysis was conducted with the SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Macro Process v.3.5 programs. Result, Participants participation satisfaction, social support, and self-esteem had direct effects on their quality of life in a job creation project for people with disabilities. Their social support and self-esteem had indirect effects on relations between their participation satisfaction and quality of life. The findings demonstrate that participation satisfaction, social support, and self-esteem had impacts on quality of life among participants in a job creation project for people with disabilities and that social support and self-esteem had mediating effects on relations between their participation satisfaction and quality of life. Based on these findings, the study offered policy and practical implications to increase the quality of life of participants in a job creation project for people with disabilities.
