장애인평생교육 프로그램 개발 방향성과 요구

A study on the demands for program development of person with disabilities: Based on FGI in the field of vocational competency improvement education

이 연구는 장애인평생교육의 6가지 분류 중 직업능력향상교육 분야의 프로그램 개발 요구 분석과 향후 프로그램 개발의 방향성을 모색함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 4개 장애영역(지체⸱뇌병변장애, 시각장애, 청각장애, 중도⸱중복장애)에서 장애인직업교육에 관련한 영역별 장애당사자와 전문가를 대상으로 비대면 화상회의 플랫폼을 사용하여 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 진행하였다. 주요 주제는 장애인평생교육으로서 직업능력향상교육에 대한 인식, 직업능력향상교육 프로그램 실태와 개선 및 개발 방안, 직업능력향상교육과 직업 연계 실현 가능성 도모 방안 등으로, 수집된 자료에 대해서는 내용분석을 실시하여 하위주제를 도출하고 그의 함의를 기술함으로써 직업능력향상교육을 위한 조사 대상 장애영역별 프로그램 개발의 방향성과 구체적 요구들을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the demand for program development in the field of vocational competency improvement education among the six categories of lifelong education for person with disabilities and to seek directions for future program development. To this end, a non-face-to-face video conference platform was used to conduct focus group interviews (FGI) for disabled parties and experts in each area related to vocational education for the disabled in four areas of disability (physical disability, brain lesion disability; visual impairment, hearing impairment, and Severe and overlapping disability). The main topics are lifelong education for the disabled, awareness of vocational competency improvement education, the actual status of vocational competency enhancement education programs, improvement and development plans, and plans to promote vocational competency improvement education and job-related realization. The collected data was drawn as a result through the content analysis technique. Thus, by deriving sub-themes and describing their implications, the direction and specific requirements for developing programs for each disability area to be investigated for vocational competency improvement education were presented.
