학령전기 부모의 생애주기별 맞춤형 지원 방안 연구

A Study on Customized Support Depending on the Life Cycle of Parents of Preschooler

이 연구는 학령전기 부모들이 그들의 일상적인 삶 안에서 생애주기별로 마주하는 자녀 관련 혹은 자녀 이외의 과제와 필요를 생생하게 파악하고, 이에 따른 맞춤형 정책 지원 방안을 제안하였다. 연구 수행을 위해 학령전기 부모를 대상으로 초점집단 면담(FGI)을 진행하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 임신·출산기 부모는 건강하고 안전한 출산과 출산 후 건강관리, 시장화 된 정보 선별, 경제적 능력에 따른 시설 이용 편차 극복을 요구하였다. 이를 위해 임신과 출산을 사회적 책임으로 인식하고 공신력 있는 정보 제공과 다양한 접근성을 제고하며 임신·출산과 보육 문제해결을 위한 공론의 장 마련을 제안하였다. 둘째, 영아기 부모는 자녀의 응급상황에 대처하는 것과 부모의 사회적 고립 방지를 원하였고 이에 따라 영아 건강을 위한 정보 제공, 정부차원의 영아 보육인력 양성과정 마련, 영아 부모의 인간적인 성장 지원을 제안하였다. 셋째, 유아기 부모의 경우 자녀의 생활 습관 형성과 안전한 환경 조성, 일상에서 적용 및 활용 가능한 실용적인 부모교육을 필요로 하였고 이에 사회적 지원과 연동한 부모교육 시스템 구축, 부모 커뮤니티를 활용한 부모의 성장 지원을 제안하였다.

This study examines the needs and tasks to be solved by life cycle of parents of preschooler, and followed up with the customized policy support suggestion. To perform this study FGI was conducted for parents of preschoolers and the results are as follows: First, parents in pregnancy and childbirth demands healthy and safe childbirth, health care after childbirth, selection of market information, and overcoming of difficulties in using facilities according to economic ability. Preparing a forum on public discussion to recognize pregnancy and childbirth as a social responsibility, to provide credible information and to enhance various accessibilities, and to solve problems of pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare was proposed. Second, parents of infants want to deal with their children’s emergencies and avoid social isolation. Accordingly, they suggested providing information for infant health, preparing a government-level infant care manpower training program, and supporting the growth of parents. Third, early childhood parents are required to form a lifestyle for their children, to create a safe environment, and to provide practical parental education. Consequently, it was suggested to establish a parent education system linked with social support and to support the growth of parents using the parent community.
