상담자 발달수준과 상담회기평가의 관계

The Relationship between Counselor Development Levels and Session Evaluation: The Mediating Effect of Real Relationship Perceived by Counselors

본 연구는 상담에서 상담자발달수준과 상담회기평가의 관계를 상담자가 인식한 실제관계의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 온라인으로 모집한 3회기 이상 진행한 사례를 가진 전국의 상담수련생 및 상담자 209명으로 상담자 발달수준 척도(KCLQ), 상담회기평가 질문지(SEQ Form4), 한국판 실제관계 척도-상담자용(K-RRI-T)으로 측정하였고 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 25.0을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담자 발달수준과 상담회기평가는 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 상담자 발달수준은 상담자가 인식한 실제관계와 정적상관을 보였다. 셋째, 상담자가 인식한 실제관계는 상담회기평가와 정적상관을 보였다. 넷째, 상담자가 인식한 실제관계는 상담자 발달수준과 상담회기평가와의 관계에서 부분매개 효과를 보였다. 위와 같은 결과를 통하여, 본 연구에서는 상담 성과에 영향을 끼치는 변인으로써 상담자 변인인 상담자의 발달수준과 상담관계 변인인 상담자가 인식한 실제관계의 유의미함을 확인하고 변인들의 관계를 통합하여 상담성과와의 관계를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 기초하여 상담실제와 관련한 시사점을 논의하고 후속연구를 제안하였다.

This study verified the mediating effect of the real relationship perceived by the counselor on the relationship between the counselor’s developmental level and the counseling session evaluation in counseling. In particular, the study aimed to verify the real relationship perceived by the counselors mediated the relationship between the counselor’s development levels and counseling outcome. For measuring counseling outcome, Session Evaluation Questionnaire which measures immediate counseling outcome was used in this study. To this end, a survey was conducted on counselors who have a case more than 3 sessions across the country. Based on a total of 209 data, SPSS 23.0 was used for technical statistics and correlation analysis. After that, to verify the mediating effect, a structural equation model analysis and the bootstrapping procedure were conducted using AMOS 25.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, the levels of counselor development was positively correlated with the session evaluation. Second, the levels of counselor development was positively correlated with the real relationship perceived by the counselors. Third, the real relationship perceived by the counselors was positively correlated with the session evaluation. Fourth, the real relationship perceived by the counselors partially mediated the relationship between the levels of counselor development and the session evaluation. This study showed that the counselor development levels and the real relationship perceived by the counselors significantly affect the counseling outcome. In addition, the study found a new counseling relationship variable, the real relationship which has not been studied much in Korea by verifying that real relationship partially mediated the relationship between the counselor development levels and counseling outcome.
