유아교육기관 원장의 감성리더십에 대한 국내 학술지 연구동향

Exploring Research Trends on Emotional Leadership of Kindergarten and Child Care Center Directors in Domestic Journals

본 연구는 유아교육기관 원장의 감성리더십 관련 연구동향을 분석하고 향후 감성리더십 연구 방향과 과제를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 유아교육기관 원장의 감성리더십과 관련된 국내 학술지 논문 47편을 선정하여 연구시기, 연구방법, 연구내용 등을 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 2011~2021년 연구된 유아교육기관 원장의 감성리더십 연구는 2020년도에 수적으로 증가하였고 27개 기관에서 출판되었다. 둘째, 연구대상은 유아교육기관의 교사를 중심으로 연구들이 진행되었고, 설문지를 활용한 양적연구(93.6%)가 주를 이루었다. 셋째, 연구내용에서 다수의 연구들이 유아교육기관 원장의 감성리더십이 독립변수의 역할을 하는 연구들이 많았는데, 조직 및 교사의 직무관련변수에 미치는 영향 연구가 58%, 교사 개인에게 미치는 영향 연구 26%, 유아, 부모, 교사들 간의 관계에 미치는 영향 연구가 16%로 나타났다. 마지막으로 분석결과를 바탕으로 유아교육기관 원장의 감성리더십 연구 주제와 방향을 제안하였다.

This study aims to suggest future directions by exploring the research trends on emotional leadership of kindergarten and child care center directors. For this, 47 papers were selected from domestic journal papers, and the research status, research subjects, research methods, and research contents were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, related research from 2011 to 2021 increased in 2020. increased in 2020 and has been published in 27 various journals. Second, the subjects of the study were conducted mainly by teachers of kindergarten and child care center, and qualitative research were 93.6%. Third, there were many studies in which the emotional leadership of kindergarten and child care center directors played a role as an independent variable, with 58% of studies on the effect of organizational and teacher on job-related variables, 26% on individual teachers, and 16% on relationships between infants, parents, and teachers. Finally, based on the results of the analysis, future research tasks and suggestions on emotional leadership of kindergarten and child care center directors were provided.
