가족건강성이 중고등학생 청소년의 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Family Health on the Career Maturity of Adolescents in Middle and High School: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy

본 연구는 중고등학생 시기 청소년의 가족건강성이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고, 진로성숙도의 증진을 위한 개입 방안을 찾아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대구광역시와 경상북도 지역에서 재학 중인 중학생과 고등학생 645명을 대상으로 2020년 9월부터 2021년 1월까지 설문조사를 실시하고 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 가족건강성의 수준이 높을수록 진로성숙도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족건강성의 수준이 높을수록 자기효능감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감의 수준이 높을수록 진로성숙도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 가족건강성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 자기효능감은 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 검증이 되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 중기 청소년기에 해당하는 중고등학생들을 대상으로 하는 진로지도와 진로상담에서 이론적이고 실제적인 함의를 제공한다고 볼 수 있다. 아울러 다양한 가족의 형태와 가족기능을 반영한 가족건강성에 기초한 자기효능감을 증진시킴으로써 진로성숙도를 향상시킬 수 있는 학교진로교육의 필요성도 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the effects of family health among adolescents in middle and high school on career maturity, and to find an intervention plan to improve career maturity. For this purpose, a survey was conducted from September 2020 to January 2021 for 645 middle and high school students enrolled in Daegu Metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbuk-do, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical package programs. As a result of the study, First, it was found that the higher the level of family health, the higher the career maturity. Second, it was found that the higher the level of family health, the higher the sense of self-efficacy. Third, it was found that the higher the level of self-efficacy, the higher the career maturity. And in the relationship between family health and career maturity, self-efficacy was verified as having a partial mediation effect. The results of this study can be seen to provide theoretical and practical implications for career guidance and career counseling for middle and high school students who are middle-aged adolescents. In addition, the necessity of school career education that can improve career maturity by enhancing self-efficacy based on family health reflecting various family types and family functions was also suggested.
