대학생의 인권침해 경험이 행복에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Human Rights Victimization Experience on Happiness of University Students: Mediating Effect of Hope and Moderated Mediating Effect of Growth Mindset

본 연구는 대학생의 인권침해 경험이 희망을 경유하여 행복에 미치는 영향에서 성장 마인드셋이 조절 매개하는지를 검증하고, 희망과 성장 마인드셋을 활용하여 행복을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 충남과 전남의 대학에서 편의 표집한 233의 대학생으로 하였으며, 자료는 SPSS PC+ Win. 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro 4.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 적용된 통계기법은 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 조절된 매개효과 분석을 수행하였다. 조절된 매개효과 검증은 부트스트랩을 활용하였고, 신뢰수준은 95%, 샘플 수 5,000개, 조건부 효과 및 조건부 간접효과는 3개의 조건(M, M±SD)을 지정하여 분석하였다. 조절된 매개효과 분석 시 독립변인과 조절변인은 평균 중심화 하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 인권침해 경험은 성장 마인드셋, 희망, 행복과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 성장 마인드셋은 희망 및 행복과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 희망은 행복과 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 성장 마인드셋은 인권침해 경험이 희망을 경유하여 행복에 미치는 영향을 조절 매개하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학생들의 인권침해 경험이 행복에 미치는 영향에서 희망과 성장 마인드셋을 이용한 행복 증진 방안을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to propose a way to promote happiness by applying hope and a growth mindset by verifying whether the growth mindset moderates the influence of the human rights victimization experience of university students on happiness through hope. The subjects of this study were 233 university students who were conveniently sampled from two universities in Chungnam and Jeonnam, and the data were analysed by using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.0. Applied statistical techniques were descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and moderated mediating effect analysis. Bootstrap was used to verify the moderated mediating effect. For verification, the confidence level was 95%, the number of samples was set to 5,000, and the conditional effect was analyzed based on three conditions (M±SD, M). In the analysis of moderated mediating effects, the independent and moderating variables were average-centered. As a result of the study, first, human rights victimization showed a significant negative correlation with growth mindset, hope, and happiness. Growth mindset showed a significant positive correlation with hope and happiness. And hope showed a positive correlation with happiness. Second, the growth mindset moderated the mediating effect of human rights victimization on happiness through hope. Based on these results, a plan to promote happiness by applying the hope and growth mindset in the relationship between the human rights victimization experiences and happiness of university students was suggested.
