장애인 당사자와 재활전문가의 직업능력향상교육 프로그램 요구도 비교

Comparative analysis of demands for vocational competency improvement education programs of adults with disabilities and rehabilitation field experts

본 연구는 장애인 평생교육 중 장애인의 취업과 직업적응의 지원을 목적으로 하는 직업능력향상교육 프로그램 개발을 위해 장애유형별(지체․뇌병변장애, 시각장애, 청각장애 중도․중복장애) 당사자 및 관련 재활 분야 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 직업능력향상교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 방안을 탐색하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 장애인당사자와 재활현장 전문가를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 현장전문가 대상 설문지 173부와 장애인 당사자로부터대상 설문지 116부를 회수하여 최종분석에 활용하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업능력향상교육의 영역별 필요도와 요구도는 장애유형별로 차이가 있었는데 중도중복장애는 기초직업교육과 전문직업교육에 대한 필요도가 높게 나타났고 다른 유형은 전문직업교육과 자격인증교육에 대한 필요도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 직업능력향상교육의 각영역에 대한 세부적 요구에서는 기초직업교육으로 사회성 기술교육이, 전문직업교육으로 컴퓨터활용기술과 정보처리기술에 대한 요구가 높게 나타났고, 자격인증교육은 장애유형에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 셋째, 직업능력향상교육 프로그램 개발 뿐 아니라 운영체계 역시 직업능력향상교육의 실효성 확대에 중요한 부분으로 인식하고있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 학령기 이후 계속교육이 요구되는 장애인에게 장애인 평생교육 6대 영역 중 취업지원을위해 필요한 직업능력향상교육 프로그램의 필요도와 요구도, 운영체계 등에 대한 요구 등을 장애유형에 따라 구체화하고자 했다는 점과 장애당사자와 재활현장전문가 양 측면에서 종합적인 의견을 창출하고자 했다는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

This study aimed to develop a vocational competency improvement education program to support employment and vocational adjustment of people with disabilities. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted for people with disabilities and rehabilitation field experts, and 173 field experts and 116 copies from people with disabilities were collected and used for final analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the need for vocational competency improvement education differed by type of disability. In the case of moderate and overlapping disability, the need for basic vocational education and professional vocational education was high, and for other types, the need for professional vocational education and certification education was high. appear. Second, in the educational demand for the middle area of vocational competency improvement education, social skills education as basic vocational education and computer utilization technology and information processing technology as professional vocational education were found to be high. Third, not only the development of the vocational competency improvement education program but also the operating system were considered as importance. The significance of this study is that it was intended to create a comprehensive opinion from both aspects of the disabled persons and rehabilitation field experts. And this study tried to materialize the needs and demands of the vocational competency improvement education program necessary for employment support among the six areas of lifelong education for the disabled for the disabled who require continuing education after school age, according to the type of disability.
