자연소재를 활용한 안티폴루션 화장품에 대한 국내 연구 동향 고찰

A review on the Anti-pollution cosmetics using natural materials

미세먼지는 유해물질을 포함하고 있어 피부 손상을 일으키는 대기 중 먼지이다. 본 연구에서는 안티폴루션 화장품 연구 동향을 살펴봄으로써 향후 다양한 자연소재를 활용한 안티폴루션 화장품 소재 개발에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 자료 수집을 위해 2015년부터 2021년까지 발표된 논문을 대상으로 RISS, NSDL, KISS 및 DBPIA을 이용하여 검색하였다. 주요 키워드는 ‘추출물’과 ‘안티폴루션’이며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 지모추출물, 베타글루칸, 폴리감마글루탐산 추출물의 경우 세포 생존율과 세포독성에서 효과적인 효능을 지니고, 미세먼지 자극에 의한 항산화력, 활성산소종 억제 효과에서도 유의적인 효과를 지니고 있으며, 피부 각질, 피부 수분량, 피부 가려움증 또한 3종 혼합물에 의해 개선되었다. 녹차뿌리 추출물은 인삼 추출물보다 많은 사포닌을 함유하고 있어 자연 계면 활성제로 사용될 수 있으며, 미세먼지에 의해 유발되는 NHEK Cells의 손상에 대한 보호 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 님트리잎 에탄올추출물은 HaCaT cell과 CCD cell에 대하여 항염 및 항산화, 주름, 미백, 세포보호 효과를 나타내었다. 개서어나무 추출물과 드렁방동사니의 알데히드 화합물은 HaCaT cell에서 Diesel particulate extract에 대한 세포 생존율과 항알레르기 효능을 보였다. 톳 에탄올추출물은 미세먼지에 노출된 피부각질형성세포에서 피부염증을 효과적으로 억제함을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 보았을 때, 안티폴루션 화장품은 피부 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 자연소재를 다각화하여 안전성과 안정성이 확보된 안티폴루션 화장품 개발이 지속적으로 이루어져야할 것이다.

Particulate matter is airborne dust that contains harmful substances and causes skin damage. In the study, This review was performed to provide basic data on anti-pollution cosmetics natural material. We searched several literatures, researches using key words of ‘Natural material’, ‘Anti-pollution’ in RISS, NDSL, KISS and DBPIA then reviewed. Anemarrhena asphodeloides root extract, β-glucan and poly-γ-glutamic acid (the complex) is effective in cell viability and cytotoxicity. It also has the anti-oxidant and reactive oxygen species (ROS) inhibitory effect. Skin exfoliation, skin moisture, and itching have also been improved. Green tea root extract contains more saponin than ginseng extract, so it can be used as a natural surfactant, and it has been confirmed that it has a protective effect against damage to NHEK Cells caused by Particulate matter. Neem tree 70% ethanol extract showed anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, wrinkle, whitening and cell protection effects for HaCaT cells and CCD cells. The Carpinus Tschonoskii MAX (CTM) extract and Aldehyde compound of Cyperus Globosus (CG) showed cell viability and anti-allergic efficacy against Diesel partition extract in HaCaT cell. It was confirmed that the Sea weed fusiforme ethanol extract effectively suppresses skin inflammation in skin keratinogenic cells exposed to fine dust. Anti-pollution Cosmetics can help improve your skin. The development of anti-pollution cosmetics with safety and stability by diversifying natural materials will have to be researched continuously.
