공립 유치원 교사의 놀이성이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향

The effect of public kindergarten teachers playfulness on teaching creativity

본 연구는 교사의 놀이성이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 변인 간 관련성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 경기도 교육청 소속 공립 유치원 교사 374명이며, 한국판 성인놀이성 척도(K-APS)와 교수창의성 척도를 사용한 설문지로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 공립 유치원 교사의 놀이성과 교수창의성은 보통보다 높은 수준이었다. 둘째 공 립 유치원 교사의 놀이성과 교수창의성 간 정적상관관계가 있으며, 놀이성은 교수창의성에 정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 놀이성 중 재미추구동기가 교수창의성에 유의미 한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유치원 교육현장에서 교사가 창의적으로 유 아의 놀이와 학습을 지원하는데 필요한 교수창의성을 발휘하는데 개인적 성향을 나타내는 놀이성이 중요함을 밝히는데 의의가 있다.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between variables by examining the effect of teacher s playfulness on teaching creativity. The subjects of this study were 374 teachers of public kindergartens affiliated with the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, and data were collected questionnaires using the Korean version of the Adult Playfulness Scale (K-APS) and the Teacher Creativity Scale. Results First, the playfulness and teaching creativity of public kindergarten teachers were higher than normal. Second, there was a positive correlation between the playfulness and the teaching creativity of teachers in public kindergartens, and it was found that playfulness had a positive influence on the teaching creativity of teachers in public kindergartens. Among playfulness characteristics, the fun-seeking motive was found to have a significant influence on the teaching creativity. This study is meaningful in revealing the importance of playfulness, which shows personal disposition, for teachers to creatively demonstrate the teaching creativity necessary to support children s play and learning in the kindergarten education field.
