발달장애인 화장지 제조 직무 수준별 직무능력 평가 연구

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인 화장지 제조 직무분석 결과를 도출하고, 이러한 발달장애인 화장지 제조 직무분석 결과와 관련하여 발달장애인 화장지 제조 직무능력 평가 도구를 개발하여, 향후 장애인보호작업장에서 장애인에 대한 사회복지사의 전문적인 직무능력 평가, 직업재활계획 수립, 취업알선 등을 실천함에 있다. 본 논문은 직무분석과 관련된 이론적 배경을 제시하였고, 발달장애인 화장지 제조 직무분석 결과를 구체적으로 도출하였음. 또한, 발달장애인 화장지 제조 직무분석 결과를 제시하는 수준에서 더 나아가 발달장애인 화장지 제조 직무능력 평가 도구를 제안하였고, 이를 활용하여 현장에서 적용 가능한 직무분석 및 직무능력 평가도구를 도출하였음에 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to derive the results of job analysis for the production of toilet paper for the developmentally disabled, and to develop a job competency evaluation tool for the production of toilet paper for the developmentally disabled in relation to the results of the job analysis for the production of toilet paper for the developmentally disabled, and in the future, the social worker for the disabled in the workplace for the disabled. It is to practice professional job competency evaluation, vocational rehabilitation plan establishment, and job placement. This paper presented the theoretical background related to job analysis, and specifically derived the results of job analysis for manufacturing toilet paper for the developmentally disabled. In addition, it goes beyond the level of presenting the results of the job analysis of the toilet paper manufacturing for the developmentally disabled and suggested a tool for evaluating the job competency of the developmentally disabled person, and it is meaningful that it was used to derive a job analysis and job ability evaluation tool that can be applied in the field.
