본 연구는 대학생의 자아분화, 진로태도성숙, 그릿(Grit)과의 관계를 살펴보고, 대학생의 자아분화 수준이진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향에서 그릿(Grit)의 조절효과가 있는지 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 전국에소재하고 있는 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 325명을 대상으로 자아분화, 진로태도성숙, 그릿(Grit) 척도검사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 323명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, Pearson 상관분석, 단순 회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아분화, 진로태도성숙, 그릿(Grit) 간에 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계를 분석한 결과 자아분화, 진로태도성숙, 그릿(Grit)은 모두 서로 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 자아분화 수준이 진로태도성숙에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 자아분화 수준이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향에서 그릿(Grit)의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 그릿(Grit)이 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 대학생의 자아분화 수준이 진로태도성숙에 영향을 주고 있음을 검증하였으며, 아울러 이를 향상시킬 수 있는 요인으로 그릿(Grit)의 중요성을 확인하였다. 이는 대학생들의 진로상담 시 진로태도성숙을 향상시키기 위한 기초 자료 및 개입 방안을 마련하는 데 의의가 있다 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between university students self-differentiation, career attitude maturity, and grit, and to verify whether the level of self-differentiation of university students has a moderating effect on career attitude maturity. Self-differentiation, career attitude maturity, and grit scale tests were conducted on 325 university students enrolled in a four-year university located in Korea, and finally 323 data were analyzed. From this survey, we tested the degree of identity differentiation, career maturity, and grit, coming up with an evaluation of 323 of the students who took the survey. The data that was collected utilized SPSS 25.0 to see how a correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study is as follows. First, There was a statistically significant positive correlation between self-differentiation, career attitude maturity, and grit variables. Second, the level of self-differentiation of university students had a positive effect on career attitude maturity. Third, as a result of examining the moderating effect of grit on career attitude maturity of university students, grit was found to have a moderating effect. From this research, the fact that university students’ self-differentiation has a big impact on carer attitude maturity was proven, in addition, we were able to see the importance of grit in improving carer attitude maturity. This data will have a big significance in career counseling as a database as well as way to get involved in improving carer attitude maturity.
