놀이치료자 교육과정에서 부모상담 교육실태 및 요구도 조사

Investigation of actual parents counseling education conditions and education needs in playtherapist curriculum

본 연구는 놀이치료자가 양성되고 있는 대학원과 학회의 교육과정 및 훈련내용 중 부모상담과 관련한 교육실태에 대해 조사하고, 현장에서 놀이치료를 실시하고 있는 놀이치료자를 대상으로 부모상담과 관련한 인식 및 교육요구도를 조사하였다. 연구대상은 놀이치료자가 양성되고 있는 대학원 30개, 학회 5개를 선정하여, 부모상담과 관련한 교육과정 및 훈련 실태를 조사하였다. 또한 다양한 지역의 놀이치료자를 대상으로 부모상담에 대한 인식 및 교육요구도 설문조사를 실시하여 총 337명의 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 설문지는 기존연구의 설문지와 예비조사를 토대로 수정·보완하여 사용하였다. 설문지의 자료분석은 분석의 목적에 따라 기초통계, 빈도분석의 방법으로 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 부모상담과 관련한 대학원과 학회의 교과과정은 매우 부족한 실정이며 현재 이루어지고 있는 교육과정은 부모상담에 실질적으로 도움을 주기에 한계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 위해 부모상담 이론, 실습 과목의 증가와 더불어 대학원과 학회의 수련과정 통합 및 부모상담 강화를 위한 체계적 시스템으로의 변화가 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

The aims of this study is that investigating the actual educational conditions of parents counseling within academic courses and training programs of graduate schools and association to foster develop therapists. This study also investigates how the play therapists - who are carrying out play therapy in the field - recognize about parents counseling and their needs of it. There are 30 graduate schools and 5 societies are included in this study that are developing the play therapists; and investigated the conditions of educational courses and training program of parents counseling. Moreover, we conducted a survey targeting the play therapists in various regions that the perception and educational needs of parents counseling; and we analyzed 337 surveys. This surveys were referred other surveys that are used in other studies; and we revised and updated it based on preliminary investigations. The surveys, according to analysis purposes, applied and implemented basic statistics and frequency analysis with SPSS 18.0 program, and free-answer items were implemented with content analysis. According to the result, it is insufficient that educational programs or curriculums for parents counseling in graduate schools and associations, and the programs being implemented could not be practical help in the field. It shows that we should increase the classes of parents counseling theory and practice, and that the educational system also need to be strengthened.
