유아에 대한 어머니 애착이 유아의 정서조절에 미치는 영향

The effect of mother's attachment to young child on the young child's emotion regulation

본 연구는 유아에 대한 어머니 애착과 유아의 정서조절과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 3세-6세의 유아를 둔 어머니 147명이었다. 연구문제 분석을 위해 빈도, 백분율, Cronbach's ⍺, 분산분석, 사후검증, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 유아에 대한 어머니 애착 정도에 따라 유아의 정서조절에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 애착의 하위 요인 중 접촉추구가 유아의 정서조절에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변인으로 나타났다.

This study was performed to investigate the relationship between the mother’s attachment to young child and young child’s emotion regulation. The research subjects were 147 mothers who had 3-6 years old children. In order to analyze the research question, frequency, percentage, Cronbach’s α, ANOVA, Duncan, Pearson correlations and regression test were conducted. As a result, there were significant differences in young child’s emotion regulation depending on the degree of mother’s attachment to young child. Second, of the sub-factors, pursuit of contact appeared to be a significant variable that affects young child’s emotion.
