피학대 가출아동의 모자상담에 관한 질적 사례연구

본 사례의 아동은 상습적 가출로 인하여 아동상담시설에 입소하였으며 10회기까지 치료적 진전은 거의 없었고 시설에 부적응하여 4회의 무단이탈을 하였다. 치료자는 11회기부터 모자상담을 시도하였는데, 이때부터 아동이 자신의 정서와 생각을 표현하였고 동시에 아동에 대한 모의 양육적 태도도 적극적으로 변화하였다. 가출아동의 치료에서 가족 및 부모개입은 매우 중요한 부분이지만 현실적으로 어렵거나 불가능한 경우가 많다. 그러나 본 사례는 가출아동의 치료과정에서 모자상담을 시도하여 부모개입의 중요성을 확인하고 아동과 모의 적극적인 변화를 확인하였다. 본 사례연구는 모자상담 회기를 중심으로 학대로 인해 가출하는 아동의 특성 및 과정을 살펴보았고 치료적 개입과 효과성을 분석하였다.
This study employs the qualitative methods to explicate a chronic runaway child admitted to a child guidance center. The child was found with the issue of maladjustment during ten sessions of counseling, which was four times he ran away from the child center. Upon his showing signs and no progress on the prior ten sessions of counseling, the counselor had the Mother-Child counseling from 11th counseling session. This method helped for the child to express his own thoughts and emotions to the counselor and mother. It caused also the mother’s attitude on the child toward the positive relationship, who was abused by his own parents. In the sessions of Mother-Child counseling, “Therapeutic Invention,” the child expressed his inner hiding pains and emotions on his family, and it helped for the mother to heal her own issues on the child. Thus, it is one of most important factors in healing processing for the runaway child cases. However, in reality it is not easy to have this successful story in all cases due to the circumstance of the difficult relationship among family members and family situation. Despite of these difficulties in reality, the results of the Mother-Child counseling, “Therapeutic Invention,” provides one of good insights on the particular runaway child case in terms of maintaining the positive changes in the relationship and attitudes. Therefore, in this study, the researcher has analyzed the characters of the runaway child and his processes of the runaway and has studied the therapeutic effectiveness of Mother-Child counseling sessions.
