반응성 애착장애유아에 대한 부모놀이치료 효과

The effect of filial play therapy for an infant with reactive attachment disorder

이 연구는 반응성 애착장애유아를 대상으로 부모놀이치료를 실시하여 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 3세 유아와 그 어머니였으며, 부모놀이치료를 위해 2명의 치료자가 부모교육과 놀이치료를 각각 담당하였다. 문제행동의 진단 및 평가를 위해 CARS, K-Dial을 실시하였고, 부모면접과 아동행동관찰평가 등을 실시하였다. 반응성 애착유아에 대한 부모놀이치료 실시결과, 반응성 애착장애와 관련된 유아의 문제행동이 거의 사라졌고 모-자녀관계도 긍정적으로 변화되었다.

This study is to find the effect of filial play therapy for an infant with reactive attachment disorder. Subjects of this study were 3 years old boy and his mother. 2 therapists for play therapy with an infant and for parent education with his mother were involved. To collect datas about infant's abnormal behavior, interview with mother, CARS, K-DIAL, observation on infant, and questionnaires on maternal behaviors were tested. The result found the effect of filial play therapy for an infant with reactive attachment disorder was very useful.
