자폐성향 유아의 상징놀이 향상 단기프로그램 적용 사례연구

Case study on the symbolic-play enhancement program for the toddler with autistic feature

본 연구에서는 자폐성향을 가진 유아들의 상징놀이능력 향상과 놀이 탐색 및 기능 향상, 부모 대상의 직접적인 훈련을 통해 가정에서의 일반화를 꾀하고자 10회기의 단기프로그램을 개발하였고, 이를 4명의 자폐성향 유아에게 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였으나, 본 연구에서는 대상 유아 4명 중 만 3세 11개월 된 자폐성향 유아 한명 사례의 질적 분석을 통해 본 상징놀이향상 단기프로그램에 참여하면서 상징놀이 능력의 변화가능성과 프로그램의 효과성을 살펴보고자 한다. 연구 결과 첫째, 상징놀이향상 단기 프로그램을 통해 사례 유아의 상징놀이 능력 수준 향상에 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 사례 유아가 자유놀이 상황에서 놀이탐색과 기능이 향상되어 상징놀이향상 단기프로그램이 유아의 놀이에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 상징놀이향상 단기프로그램은 부모가 포함됨으로써 부모 훈련에 적절한 기회가 주어져 부모가 촉진자로서 상호작용하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 상징능력 수준 향상을 중점으로 한 상징놀이향상 단기프로그램은 자폐성향을 가진 유아의 상징놀이 능력 수준 향상, 자유놀이 상황에서의 놀이 변화, 부모-유아 상호작용에서 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔다.

The purpose of this case study was to investigate the effects on symbolic play ability level, play functioning and exploration level, increasing roles of mother as a prompter on the toddler with Autistic Feature after applying the symbolic-play enhancement program. The results are as follows: First, the symbolic-play Enhancement program turned out being effective in improving a autistic toddler's symbolic-play ability.Second, the symbolic-play Enhancement program turned out being effective in improving autistic toddler's play functioning and exploration level positive under a free-play situation.Third, the symbolic-play Enhancement program contained a father of mother traing turned out being helpful for positive change in interaction between a toddler and mother.
