성학대 평가용 인형면접에 나타난 학령전 아동의 반응분석을 위한 탐색적 연구

Doll-interview reaction: Evaluating sexual abuse for preschool children

본 연구는 학령 전 아동의 성학대 평가용 인형면접의 준거개발을 위해 만 5,6세의 일반아동 38명을 대상으로 구조화된 면접을 실시하였다. 면접은 아동 1명씩 1주일 간격을 두고 총2회 실시되었다. 첫 면접에서는 일반인형과 보조도구를 사용하여 구조화된 면접을 실시하고, 1주일 후 동일 아동을 대상으로 해부학적 인형과 보조도구를 사용하여 두 번째 면접을 실시하였다. 인형에 대한 아동의 동일시 대상, 옷 벗기는 태도, 성행동, 놀이행동, 공격적 행동, 성과 연령에 따른 차, 인형간 반응의 차이와 특성을 살펴보았으며 이를 통해 성학대 받은 아동 평가에 필요한 일반 아동의 규준 자료와 평가시 적절한 인형의 사용방법과 유용성을 알아보았다. 평가도구는 일반인형과 해부학적 인형면접 체크리스트를 사용하였으며 비디오로 아동의 행동을 녹화하고, 기록은 관찰자간 신뢰도가 .9 이상인 3명의 관찰자를 사용해 체크하였다.

This study was conducted to develop doll-interview criteria to evaluate sexual abuse on pre school children using 38-children ranging from 5 to 6 years. Each child was participated in an structured-interview session every other week during a month. At the first interview session, we did structural interview with a child using a normal doll and an assistant instrument, and the child had an another interview session after a week later with using an anatomical doll and an assistant instrument. We examined child's identification object toward dolls, the manner of undress a doll, sex behavior, play behavior, aggression behavior, gender difference, the difference and characteristic in terms of reaction among dolls. Based on these, we identified norm data for normal child, which are necessary to evaluate sexual abused child, and adequate usage for doll and usefulness. Normal doll and anatomical doll interview checklist were used as an evaluation tool, child's behaviors were video-taped, finally, three-raters evaluate the reliability of the checklist.
