반응성애착장애 아동의 부모-아 상호작용증진 프로그램 효과 연구

The effects of parent-child interaction improvement program for insecure attachment of children

본 연구에서는 부모와 아동의 상호작용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 부모-아동 상호작용 증진 프로그램을 통해 실시 전과 후로 비교분석하여 부모자녀 상호작용 증진효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 불안애착으로 판명된 반응성 애착 장애 아동과 부모를 대상으로 모-아, 부-아 동질집단 7쌍의 연구대상자에게 부모-아동 상호작용 증진 프로그램을 실시 전과 후로 실시한 결과 아동의 부모 모두 아동의 욕구를 인식하고 충족시키려는 상호작용 증진에 효과가 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Parent-Child Improvement Program for 7 pairs insecure attachment of children and their parents.Parent-Child Interaction Improvement Program is focused on better relationship between children and parents. It contains training parents to supply their children with developmental physical activities through active participation in children's play. It also contains educating parents on the characteristics of secure attachment in children which affect parent-child Interaction. After Parent-Child Interaction Improvement Program was increase of parent's interactional behaviors.
