장애아동 부모와 장애인의 복지프로그램

Welfare service of children and adults with disabilities

본 연구는 천안-아산지역에 거주하는 장애아동의 부모님과 성인장애인을 대상으로 장애아동과 성인장애인의 복지에 대한 실태와 만족도를 파악하여 향후 천안·아산지역의 장애인복지 정책 개발 및 수행은 물론 다양한 서비스 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 대상은 천안·아산지역에 거주하고 있는 230명의 장애아동부모와 63명의 성인장애인이며, 연구결과 장애아동부모와 성인장애인은 지역사회에서 제공하는 복지프로그램의 이용도가 낮았다. 또한 지역사회의 복지프로그램에 대해 대부분이 불만족하고 있었으며, 복지프로그램을 제공하는 기관에 대한 만족도도 낮았다.

The purpose of this study was to examine how much welfare services were provided to children and adults with disabilities in Cheonan and Asan and to what extent they were satisfied with them in a bid to lay the foundation for producing better welfare policies, enforcing them more efficiently and developing a wide variety of service programs in those regions. The subjects in this study were 63 person with disabilities and 230 parents of children with special needs who resided in Cheonan and Asan. When a survey was conducted, it's found that the people investigated didn't utilize local welfare programs a lot. In addition, most of them expressed dissatisfaction at both local welfare programs and welfare agencies providing the programs.
