해부학적 인형에 대한 일반아동의 반응 분석

A study of children's reaction on theanatomical dolls

본 연구는 자유놀이 상황에서 성학대 평가도구로 알려진 해부학적 인형에 대해 일반 아동들이 어떻게 반응하는지를 밝히고자하였다. 즉 해부학적 인형에 대한 아동의 태도와 성행동, 놀이행동, 공격적 행동과 같은 외현적 행동, 언어, 아동의 성별과 연령에 따른 차에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 연구는 만 5세에서 만 8세까지의 일반아동을 대상으로 하였다. 예비조사를 통해 해부학적 인형놀이 체크리스트를 작성하고 수정보완 하였으며 관찰자를 사용해 아동의 놀이를 1분 단위로 체크하게 하였다. 해부학적 인형놀이는 신뢰감형성을 위해 자유놀이를 실시한 후 이루어졌다. 연구결과 아동 대부분이 인형의 옷을 벗기거나 생식기를 탐색하고 만지는 데 편안함을 느끼고, 암시적인 성행동, 일상생활놀이와 운동놀이를 주로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 언어적으로는 생식기와 관련하여 고추, 찌찌 등과 같은 아기 언어를 주로 사용하였다. 성별에 따라서는 해부학적 인형 놀이에 차이가 없었으나 연령에 따라서는 나이가 어릴수록 생식기를 탐색하고 만지는 행동이 많으나 주의집중시간이 짧아 많은 격려가 필요했다. 척도끼리의 상관에서는 생식기에 대한 태도와 성행동이 약한 상관이 있었다. 마지막으로 직접적 성행동을 보인 아동이 또래 아동에 비해 직접적 성행동 외에 암시적 성행동을 더 많이 보였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the reaction of general children with anatomical dolls that was made to assess the children (who is) suspected to be sexual abused children. The research problems of this study are to find out children's attitude on the anatomical doll, that is sexual behavior, play behavior, aggression, and language pattern(The checklist about anatomical doll play was drawn up in the pre-survey phase.) The subjects of this study were 48 children of the target age of 5 to 8. The contents of the survey is consisted of those activities like free play for rapport, play with anatomical dolls, and free-play for relaxation The results of this study were as follows: most children felt comfortable with undressing, exploring, and touching the anatomical doll, and generally did suggestive sexual behavior and baby talk. Significant different results were found not with the gender, but with the age variables. A child who showed directive sexual behavior more revealed sexually-oriented behavior than other children
