교육의 사회적 책임(ESR) 역량 척도 개발 및 타당화

Development and Validation of the Education for Social Responsibility Competency Scale: Focusing on Graduate Students of P University

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 대학원생의 교육의 사회적 책임 역량 척도를 개발하고 타당화 하는 것이다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 교육의 사회적 책임과 관련한 기존의 다양한 선행연구를 검토하여, 교육의 사회적 책임 역량 구성요인을 추출하였다. 이를 기초로 전문가 내용타당도 검증과 대학원생 안면타당도 검증 과정을 거쳐 예비문항을 개발하고 검사를 실시하였다. P대학에 재학 중인 대학원생을 대상으로 온‧오프라인 설문조사를 한 학기에 걸쳐 실시한 후, 탐색적 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석 그리고 신뢰도 분석을 통해 최종 문항을 선정하였다. 연구결과: 본 연구를 통해 개발된 교육의 사회적 책임 역량 척도의 구성요인은 변혁역량(새로운 가치창조, 창조적 교육디자인 역량, 긴장과 딜레마 대응), 사회적 공감역량(공감역량, 사회적 협력역량), 지능적 문제해결역량, 실천연구역량(현장중심 연구역량, 미래사회예측 연구역량)으로 총 4요인과 역량별 하위요인 7개요인의 43개 문항으로 나타났다. 타당도와 신뢰도는 매우 양호한 것으로 확인되었다. 논의 및 결론: 이 연구의 결과는 교육의 사회적 책임이라는 개념의 특성을 이해하고, 예비 연구자인 대학원생의 교육의 사회적 책임 역량 수준을 측정하는데 유용한 도구로 활용될 것이다. 이는 대학원생의 교육의 사회적 책임 역량을 향상시킬 방안을 마련하고, 교육의 사회적 책임과 관련한 교육과정 및 비교과 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the Education for Social Responsibility Competency Scale of Graduate Students. Method: In order to achieve the purpose of this study previous studies related to education for social responsibility were reviewed and the components of education for social responsibility were extracted. Based on the content validity by expert and face validity by graduate students. Items were developed and a survey was conducted. After conducting an online‧offline survey for graduate students at P University for one semester, and the final set of items was selected using exploratory, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis. Results: The components of the Education for Social Responsibility Competency Scale development through this study were 4 factors, 7 sub-factor, 43 items, which were Transformative Competency, Social Empathic Competency, Intelligent Problem Solving Competency, Practice Research Competency. The reliability and validity of this scale were found to be good. Conclusion: The results of this study will be used to understand the concept of Education for Social Responsibility and useful tool to measure the Education for Social Responsibility competency level of graduate students who are prospective researchers. It can be used to prepare a plan to improve the Education for Social Responsibility competency of graduate students. and then it can be used as basic data to develop curriculum and non-examination programs related to Education for Social Responsibility.
