A Study on the Educational Value of the Cosmological Philosophy of African Minority Tribes

아프리카 소수 부족의 우주론 철학에 대한 교육적 가치 연구

본 연구는 자연과 함께 발달한 문화와 정교한 예술정신을 가진 인류문명의 기원지로서 아프리카 소수 부족의 역사, 문화유산, 전통과 삶의 방식을 조사하여 그들만의 구전 문학과 설화를 통해 내려오는 이들만의 독특한 철학을 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구를 통해 소수민족의 문화계승 및 가치를 차세대에 교육하며 관련 연구의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. 원주민들에 대한 민간전승과 이들의 철학의 가치 탐구는 마치 오래전 조상들에 대한 지식을 바탕으로 부모교육 프로그램 영역의 하나인 정보 나누기로서 자녀를 양육하는 수단으로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 그 연구의 의의가 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 소수민족의 정체성 연구를 통해 아프리카 원주민들의 신비로운 지혜가 차세대 문화 계승 및 교육에 중요한 의미를 가진다. 아프리카 부족의 지리적 특성이 민족의 정체성에 미치는 영향을 조사함으로 이들의 관습과 전통, 문화적 유산에 대한 보존의 필요성이 제기된다. 개인과 자연과의 관계에 대해 자연과의 균형이라는 세계관과 삶의 철학을 가지고 영적인 생명과의 공존을 중시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 수세기동안 어떻게 이들 소수 부족의 독특한 문화를 간직해 올 수 있었는지 자연 보존 지속성의 관점에서 민족의 세계관과 철학을 함께 교육하며 지식을 공유할 수 있는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

This study investigates the history, cultural heritage, tradition, and way of life of African minority tribes pertaining to the origin of human civilization with a culture that developed along with nature and sophisticated artistic spirit. The purpose of this paper is to study the unique philosophy of African minority tribes with reference to past research. This paper intends to give knowledge to the next generation regarding cultural inheritance and values of ethnic minorities, and to recommend the necessity of further related research. The significance of this study is that the study can be used as a means of raising children through information sharing, a strong program area of parent education, which is inherited and based on the knowledge of the ancestors. The results of the study are as follows. Through the study of ethnic identity, the mystical wisdom of African indigenous people has an important meaning in the inheritance and education of the culture for the next generation. The need to preserve the customs, traditions, and cultural heritage of African minority tribes is raised by examining the influence of the geographical characteristics of their ethnic identity. An emphasis is given on the coexistence of the spiritual life, a worldview of the balance with nature and a philosophy of life, which have a relationship between the individual and nature. The results of this study will allow the sharing of knowledge by educating people’s worldview and philosophy from the perspective of nature conservation, sustainability, and how African minority tribes have been able to preserve their unique culture for centuries.
