고용서비스 분야 직업상담사에 관한 국내연구의 동향과 시사점

An Analysis of Research Trends on Vocational counselor in Employment service in Korea

본 연구의 목적은 고용서비스 분야 직업상담사에 관한 국내 연구의 동향을 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 1999년∼2021년까지 발표된 연구 중 고용서비스 분야 직업상담사를 대상으로 수행된 연구 57편에 대해 출판연도, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제 별 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 관련 논문은 1999년 이후 소수의 연구가 진행되다가 최근 10년 이후 다시 증가하는 추세이며 2020년에 가장 많이 출판되었다. 연구대상은 공공고용서비스기관 소속의 직업상담사 대상 연구가 67.7%, 민간고용서비스 기관이 27.0%, 구분없음이 5.3%로 나타났다. 공공고용서비스 기관 중에는 고용노동부 고용센터의 직업상담사를 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 연구방법은 85.7%가 양적연구였으며 질적연구와 혼합연구는 각 7.2% 수준이었다. 연구주제는 고용서비스 분야 직업상담사의 적응에 관한 연구가 45.3%로 가장 많이 수행되었고 다음으로는 직업상담사의 개인특성 연구가 24.5%, 직업상담사 역량 및 전문성 발달연구가 15.6%로 나타났다. 그 외에 검사 및 도구개발 연구 6.2%, 상담과정과 성과 연구 3.7%, 수퍼비전 연구 2.6% 기타 연구 2.3% 순으로 수행되었다. 적응과 개인특성의 두 가지 주제가 전체의 69.8%를 차지하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 고용서비스 분야 직업상담사 관련 연구에 대한 시사점 및 향후 연구에 대해 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze researches on vocational counselor in employment service. Fifty studies published during from 1999 to 2021 have been categorized according to research year, participant, methods, subjects. As a result of the study were conducted a few from 1999. And the study has been increasing over the past 10 years. The study was published the most in 2020. Regarding the reaching participants in the studies. Public employment service institution was 67.7%, private employment agency was 27.0%, and non classify was 5.3%. And the most study of the public employment service institution were on employment center counselors. As for the research method, quantitative researches were 85.7%, qualitative researches 7.2%, mixed researches 7.2%. Regarding researching subjects, about adjustment was 45.3%, personality was 24.5%, competence and professional development was 15.6%, research on development and evaluation of tests and measures was 6.2%, process and outcomes was 3.7%, supervision was 2.6%, miscellaneous was 2.3%. The principal areas of reasearch were adjustment, personality. These two content categories accounted for 69.8% of the studies. Based on the results of this study, implications were discussed and further research studies for vocational counselor in employment service were suggested.
