특수교사의 장애학생 관련 법률 지식 및 현장 적용 수준이 장애학생 지원 효능감에 미치는 영향

Special Education Teachers' Knowledge and Workplace Utilization Levels of Laws Related to Students with Disabilities and their influences on the Efficacy of Supporting Students

본 연구의 목적은 장애학생 지원을 위해 필요한 법률에 대한 특수교사의 지식수준, 현장 업무 활용 수준, 법률 습득 경험과 현황, 그리고 법률 활용 효능감 및 장애학생 지원 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 총 18개의 장애인 관련 법률을 5개의 영역으로 분류하였다. 5개 영역에서 교육 현장에 필요한 법률 세부 조항을 바탕으로 설문 문항을 구성하였다. 총 104명의 특수교사가 설문에 참여하였다. 주요 결과를 보면 첫째, 장애학생 관련 법률의 지식수준에서는 권리보장, 교육보장, 복지서비스 영역의 점수가 70점대 후반으로 높게 나타났으며, 주거 및 소득보장 영역이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 법률의 현장 업무 활용도는 평균 3.16으로 나타났으며, 복지서비스 영역이 가장 높았다. 교사 배경 변인에 따른 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 약 93% 이상의 특수교사가 장애학생 관련 법률에 관한 추가 지식이 필요하다고 하였다. 넷째, 특수교사의 장애학생 관련 법률에 대한 지식수준이 활용 효능감에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 장애학생 지원 효능감에는 관련 법률 활용 효능감과 관련 법률 지식수준, 그리고 교직 경력이 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that affected the knowledge level of special education teachers about the law required to support students with disabilities, the level of field work utilization, the experience and current status of law acquisition, and the efficacy of law application and supporting students with disabilities. A total of 18 laws related to the disabilities were classified into 5 areas. In five areas, the questionnaire was composed based on the detailed provisions of the law necessary for the educational field. A total of 104 special education teachers participated in the survey. According to the main results, first, in the knowledge level of the laws related to students with disabilities, the scores in the areas of rights guarantee, education guarantee, and welfare service were high in the late 70s, and the housing and income security areas were the lowest. Second, the average use of field work in the law was 3.16, and the welfare service area was the highest. There was no difference according to the variables of the teacher's background. Third, more than 93% of teachers perceived that they needed additional knowledge about the laws related to students with disabilities. Fourth, it was found that the knowledge level of the special education teachers on the laws related to students with disabilities had a positive effect on the efficacy of law application. Fifth, on the efficacy of supporting students with disabilities, the efficacy of using the relevant laws, the level of knowledge of the related laws, and the teaching experience had a statistically significant effect.
