<교육의 소재> 연구의 동향 분석과 과제 탐색

Trend Analysis and Task Exploration of Researches on Material of Education

교육을 다종의 삶의 세계들 가운데 하나로 파악하고, 그 실재를 응집력 있는 이론적 개념체제로 포착하고 있는 교육본위론은 자율적 교육학의 정립을 향한 교두보를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 교육본위론의 하위 10가지 탐구영역 가운데 하나인 <교육의 소재>를 중심으로 자율적 교육학 연구들의 동향과 주요 내용을 분석하고, 교육학 발전을 위한 향후 과제들을 탐색하고자 하였다. 지난 30여 년간 <교육의 소재> 연구들은 이론적 실재로서의 교육의 개념을 기반으로 교육과 소재의 관계를 다각적으로 다루면서 기존 ‘교육학’에서는 존재할 수 없었던 사실들을 밝혀주었고, ‘교육과정’, ‘교과교육’, 교과서 논의들을 교육본위론과 탈실증주의적 인식론의 측면에서 비판하면서 기존 ‘교육학’의 문제점들을 드러냈다. 그러나 자율적 교육학의 발전을 위해 향후 <교육의 소재> 연구에서는 이론적 맥락의 명료화, 소재교육학의 정립, 교육의 소재로서 교육학과 교육을 주목하는 과제를 설정하고 더 심도 있는 연구를 진행해나가야 한다.

The Endogenous Theory of Education provides a bridgehead towards the establishment of autonomous study of education. This study tried to analyze the trends and main contents of autonomous study of education, focusing on <Material of Education> under the Endogenous Theory of Education, and to explore future tasks for the development of autonomous study of education. For over 30 years, studies on <Material of Education> have dealt with the relationship between education and material from various angles based on the concept of education as a theoretical reality, revealing facts that could not exist in the traditional study of education. And also, they revealed the problems of this traditional field by criticizing it from the perspective of Endogenous Theory of Education and post-positivist epistemology. However, for the development of autonomous study of education, future research on <Material of Education> needs to clarify the theoretical context, establish the study of material of education, set the major tasks of the study of education and education as the subject of education and conduct more in-depth research.
