교육현장 교사의 자기효능감 관련 연구 동향 분석에 관한 연구

A Study on the Analysis of Research Trends on Self-effectiveness of Teachers in Education Field

본 연구는 교육 현장 교사의 역량과 교사의 자기효능감의 중요성에 관한 국내외 연구주제와 연구 방법, 관련 변수에 대한 시사점을 얻고 관련 연구 동향에 관한 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 교사들의 자기효능감에 대한 국내외 연구 동향을 분석하기 위해 2001년 이후 국내 문헌과 1980년대 이후 해외 문헌을 통해 내용분석을 실시하였다. 연구 대상은 국내외에서 수행한 교사들의 자기효능감에 대한 연구이며, 연구주제와 연구 방법, 관련 변수 등을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 국내 박사학위논문에서 다루는 변수들이 학술지 논문에도 활용되고 있으며, 교사의 자기효능감과 교육 현장에 적용되는 다양한 변수들이 부족한 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 국외 연구를 살펴본 결과 초임교사나 예비교사의 교사효능감에 대한 연구와 실제적인 프로그램을 투입하여 교사효능감을 증진시키는 연구가 진행됨을 확인하였다. 셋째, 과목 분석에서도 외국 문헌이 언급되었지만 교사의 자기효능감 향상을 위한 실제 프로그램 투입 연구(10편, 27%)와 예비교사와 신규교사를 대상으로 한 연구(6편, 16.2%)가 직무만족도, 직무스트레스 등의 요소와 대조를 보인 결과가 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to obtain implications for domestic and foreign research topics, research methods, and related variables on the importance of teacher competency and teacher self-efficacy in education field and provide information on related research trends. Therefore, this study conducted content analysis through domestic and foreign literature since 2001 and overseas literature after the 1980s to analyze domestic and foreign research trends on teachers' self-efficacy. The subject of the study was a study on the self-efficacy of teachers conducted at home and abroad, and the research topics, research methods, and related variables were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, variables covered in domestic doctoral dissertations are also used in academic papers, and various variables applied to teachers' self-efficacy and education sites are insufficient. Second, overseas research shows that teacher efficacy is improved by introducing practical programs. Third, foreign literature was also mentioned in the subject analysis, but the actual program input studies (10 studies, 27%) to improve teachers' self-efficacy and studies (6 studies, 16.2%) on prospective and new teachers showed contrast with factors such as job satisfaction and job stress.
