학교관리자를 위한 학교예술교육 연수 교육과정 모듈 개발 연구

Development of a School Arts Education Training Curriculum Modules for School Administrators

본 연구는 학교관리자를 위한 학교예술교육 연수 교육과정 모듈을 개발하고, 연수 교육과정 모듈의 효과적 운영 방안을 제안하기 위해 학교예술교육 관련 선행연구를 통해 학교예술교육 분야의 특성과 학교예술교육을 위한 학교관리자 역량을 탐색하고, 학교예술교육 연수 교육과정 사례를 분석하여 학교관리자를 위한 학교예술교육 연수 현황을 파악하였다. 또한, 학교예술교육 연수 교육과정에 참여한 학습자를 대상으로 표적집단면접과 전문가 검토 의견을 반영하여 학교관리자를 위한 학교예술교육 연수 교육과정 모듈을 도출하였다. 연구결과 다움-배움-키움-채움-돋움으로 구성된 학교관리자를 위한 학교예술교육 연수 교육과정 모듈과 각 모듈 별 상세 교육 주제를 도출하였다. 또한, 학교관리자를 위한 학교예술교육 연수 교육과정 모듈의 효과적 운영을 위해 연수 교육과정 모듈 별 적합한 교육방법을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a school arts education training curriculum modules for school administrators and to purpose an effective management plans for the developed training curriculum modules. To this end, we reviewed literatures and previous studies related to school arts education and analyzed the characteristics of the school arts education field and school administrators’ competencies for school arts education. Then we collected and compared the school arts education training cases operated by various training institutions for school administrators to analyze the status of various school arts education training curriculum. We also conducted the focus group interview to reveal participants’ awareness of school arts education training programs, competences for the school administrators of school arts education, and the opinions for the development of the training curriculum. Based on previous research, cases analysis, and the FGI, the school arts education training curriculum module for school administrators was suggested and the module was based on the five themes. In addition, for the effective operation of the school arts education training curriculum module for school administrators, we suggested teaching methods such as Cased-based learning and Action learning.
