예술고등학교 무용전공 학생의 창작무용 수업을 통한 Kolb학습유형이 창의적 성장 마인드셋 및 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향

Effects of Kolb’s Learning Style on Creative Growth Mindset and Creative Convergence Competency in Creative Dance Classes of Dance Major Students in Arts High School

본 연구는 창작무용 수업에서 무용전공 학생의 Kolb학습유형이 창의적 성장 마인드셋 및 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 부산광역시, 광주광역시, 강원도, 전라남도, 충청남도, 충청북도 소재 창작무용 수업을 받은 예술고등학교 무용과 학생 300명 중 286명을 유효표본으로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 일원변량분석, 단순회귀분석을 통해 분석하였으며, 이에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창작무용 수업에서의 학습유형에 따른 창의적 성장 마인드셋은 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 창의융합역량은 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 무용전공 학생의 창의적 성장 마인드셋은 창의융합역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 창의융합형 인재를 양성하는데 있어 창작무용 수업에서의 Kolb학습유형에 따른 차이를 확인할 수 있었으며, 학생들의 개인차를 고려한 교육적 확대 방향성에 대해 재고해 볼수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Kolb’s learning style in the creative dance classes of dance major students on creative growth mindset and creative convergence competency. For this purpose, 286 out of 300 art high school dance students who took creative dance classes in Busan, Gwangju, Gangwon-do, Jeollanam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and Chungcheongbuk-do participated as valid samples. The collected data were analyzed through exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA and simple regression analysis using the SPSS 25.0 statistics program, and the results are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in the creative growth mindset depending on the learning type in the creative dance class, and in the creative convergence competency, partially significant difference was identified. Second, the creative growth mindset of dance students turned out to have a positive effect on creative convergence competency. Based on these results, the difference by the style of Kolb learning was identified in the creative dance class in nurturing creative convergence talents, and it will be meaningful to reconsider the direction of educational expansion considering the individual differences of students.
