문제해결상담프로그램이 사랑의 교실 위탁 비행청소년의 분노와 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 효과

The Effect of Problem-Solution Counseling Program on the Anger and Subjective Well-Being of Adolescents in the Classroom of Love

본 연구는 사랑의 교실에 위탁된 비행청소년들을 문제해결 단기상담프로그램을 활용하여 분노 수준 및 주관적 안녕감의 변화를 살펴보기 위하여 2021년 9월~10월에 걸쳐 실험집단 5명, 비교집단 5명, 통제집단 5명 대상으로 집단 상담을 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 20 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도 계수(Cronbach α)를 추정하였으며, 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 각 척도의 사전점수를 공변인으로 하고 사후 평균을 종속 변수로 한 공분산 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 실험집단, 비교집단, 통제집단의 분노수준 및 상태분노, 특성분노의 사전 및 사후검사 평균과 표준편차는 분노의 전체 점수와 상태분노, 특성분노에서 실험집단은 사후 평균 점수가 낮아졌으며 분노수준은 집단 간 평균의 차이가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다(F=48.02, p<.001). 실험집단의 주관적 안녕감의 평균이 비교집단과 통제집단보다 향상되었으며 실험집단의 사전 평균보다 사후평균이 향상되었다. 주관적 안녕감 전체는 실험집단과 비교집단, 통제집단간의 평균의 차이가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다(F=3.61, p<.05). 후속 연구에서는 양적 연구 외에도 심층면담 등 질적 연구를 병행할 필요가 있다.

This study conducted group counseling for 5 experimental groups, 5 comparative groups, and 5 control groups from September to October 2021 to examine changes in anger level and subjective well-being using a short-term counseling program for juvenile delinquents entrusted to the love class. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 20 statistical program to estimate the reliability coefficient (Cronbach α), and covariance analysis was performed using the pre-score of each scale as a covariant and the post-mean as a dependent variable to find out the effect of the program. In this study, the pre- and post-test mean and standard deviation of anger and state anger in the experimental group, comparative group, and control group showed lower post-average scores in the overall and state anger, and the difference in mean between groups was statistically significant (F=48.02, p<.001). The average of subjective well-being in the experimental group was improved than that of the comparative group and the control group, and the post-average was improved than the pre-average of the experimental group. As for the entire subjective sense of well-being, the difference in mean between the experimental group, the comparative group, and the control group was found to be statistically significant (F=3.61, p<.05). In addition to quantitative studies, it is necessary to conduct qualitative studies such as in-depth interviews in addition to quantitative studies.
