초등학교 스포츠강사제도에 관한 체계적 문헌분석

Systematic literature review on elementary school sports instructors

본 연구는 2008년 초등 스포츠강사 제도가 도입된 이후, 왜 지금까지 초등체육 현장에서 뜨거운 이슈로 남아있는지를 규명하고자 했다. 본 연구의 목적은 초등 스포츠강사제도의 문제점과 개선과정, 초등 스포츠강사와 관계자들의 상반된 시각, 초등 스포츠강사제도 개선에 대한 다양한 목소리 등을 탐색하여 초등체육 활성화를 위한 현실적대안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ‘초등 스포츠강사제도’ 와 관련된 선행연구 중 최종 15편을 체계적 문헌분석방법으로 분석했다. 연구 결과 첫째, ‘실태: 처우 개선 현황’은 ‘낮은 급여체계의 개선’과 ‘열악한 근무환경 개선’으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘쟁점: 초등 스포츠강사와 초등(예비) 교사 간 갈등’은 ‘초등 체육수업권 문제’, ‘초등체육 전문성 문제’, ‘무기계약직 전환 문제’로 나타났다. 셋째, ‘대안: 초등체육 활성화를 위한 과제’는 ‘초등체육 문제의 명확한 진단’, ‘양질의 체육수업을 위한 지원방안 마련’, ‘초등체육전담교사 확보 및 스포츠강사 역할 재정립’으로 나타났다. 제언은 첫째, 질적 연구와 양적 연구의 상호 보완, 둘째, 문서적 수준과 실천적 수준의 병행, 셋째, 예비교사의 체육수업 전문성 확보를 위한 노력 등을 제시했다

This study attempted to investigate why the elementary sports instructor system has remained a hot issue in the elementary physical education since 2008. The purpose of this study was to examine the problems and improvement process of the elementary sports instructor system, conflicting views of elementary sports instructors and elementary school teachers, and various voices on the improvement of the elementary sports instructor system. To this end, the total 15 of the literatures regarding the 'Elementary Sports Instructor System' was analyzed using a systematic literature review method. As a result of the study, first, 'the actual conditions: improvement of treatment' was found to be 'improvement of low salary system' and 'improvement of poor working environment'. Second, 'the issues: conflicts between elementary sports instructors and elementary (preliminary) teachers' was found to be 'the right to teach elementary physical education class', 'the professionalism to teach elementary physical education', and 'the problem of switching to indefinite contract jobs of elementary sports instructors '. Third, 'the alternative: Tasks for revitalizing elementary physical education' was found to be 'a clear diagnosis of elementary physical education problems', 'securing teachers in charge of elementary physical education class, and redefining the role of elementary sports instructors'.
