중국 유아교사 양성교육과정에 관한 사례분석

A Case Study on Curriculum for Pre-service Early Childhood Teacher in China

본 연구는 중국 사범대학 유아교육과를 H 사례로 중국 유아교사 양성교육에 대한 교육목표, 교육과정구성 및 내용을 살펴봄으로써 그의 특징과 문제점을 논의하면서 제언하고자 한다. 논의한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 유아교사 양성교육의 교육목적과 목표는 광범적이다. 유아교사를 육성할 뿐만 아니라, 유아교육행정인원, 연구인원, 아동종사자 등을 육성하는 것도 교육목적이다. 둘째, 필수교육과정은 거의 60% 이상의 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 셋째, 통식교육과정은 강한 도구성과 응용성을 가지고 있으면, 사상정치교육의 강제성도 보인다. 넷째, 교육실천 활동은 주로 견습·실습, 예술교육, 논문 크게 세 가지가 있으며, 실천 활동의 형식이 비교적 단조하면, 예술교육에 대한 많은 교과목을 설정하여 중점을 둔다. 논의한 결과를 바탕으로 중국 유아교사 양성교육 과정을 개선하기 위하여 교육목표를 명확하게 세분화하여, 전공 핵심적 가치를 뚜렷하게 제시하기, 통식교육과정의 비율을 조정하기, 예술교육의 목적을 명확하고, 전공 특색 있는 교육과정을 개발하기, 교육실천 활동을 다양하게 구현하고 사회봉사의식을 세우기 등으로 제언하였다.

In this study, we took China H Normal University as a case to study on pre-service teacher education from the aspect of educational objectives and curriculum design and content. The results discussed are as following. Firstly, the educational objectives and goals are extensive. They train not only preschool teachers but also preschool education administrative staffs, preschool education researchers and related service institutions of child workers. Secondly, the proportion of required subjects is high, with nearly 60 percent of overall curriculum. Thirdly, curriculum of general education possess applicability and instrumentality, ideological and political education embodies coerciveness. Fourthly, educational practical activities include internship, noviciate, art education and thesis, practice forms lack of the diversification and are more focused on art education. To this us proposes as follows suggests: educational objectives refinement, purpose of art education definitude, educational practical activities enrichment, awareness of society serving improvement and so on.
