유아교사의 공감능력과 교직윤리의식 및 조직효과성의 관계에서 인권감수성의 조절된 매개효과

The moderated mediating effect of human rights sensitivity and empathic ability in the relationship between professional ethics in teaching and organizational effectiveness

본 연구는 유아교사의 공감능력과 교직윤리의식 및 조직효과성 관계에서 인권감수성의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 창원시의 유아교사 496명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 PROCESS Macro 3.5 프로그램을 통해 분석하고, Bootstrapping을 실시하여 조절된 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 확인하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 조직효과성에 대한 인식은 연령과 학력에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공감능력, 인권감수성, 교직윤리의식 및 조직효과성 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공감능력과 조직효과성과의 관계에서 교직윤리의식의 부분 매개효과가 나타났으며, 공감능력과 교직윤리 간의 관계에서 인권감수성의 조절효과가 나타났다. 마지막으로 유아교사의 인권감수성은 공감능력과 조직효과성 사이에서 교직윤리의식의 매개효과를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아교사가 인식하는 조직효과성을 높이기 위한 지원 시 고려해야 할 요인에 대한 자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

This study investigated the moderated mediation effect of human rights sensitivity in the relationship between empathic ability, professional ethics in teaching, and organizational effectiveness among early childhood teachers. Date from 496 teachers working in Changwon were collected and analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), Scheffe post hoc test, partial correlations. This study derived the following results. First, there were differences in teachers' organizational effectiveness according to age and educational background. Second, when controlling age and educational background, significant positive correlations between all four measurement variables were identified. Regarding empathic ability, professional ethics in teaching, and human rights sensitivity and organizational effectiveness was found to be higher. Third, moderation effect of human rights sensitivity on the mediation effect of teaching ethics in the relationship between empathic ability were found to be significant. Professional ethics in teaching and organizational effectiveness could be improve by developing human rights sensitivity in early childhood teachers.
